MICo’s ML models and insights are provided “as is”. Results, forecasts, or recommendations do not constitute a guarantee of revenue, ROI, or business performance.

You agree not to misuse the Services, including unauthorized copying, sharing, or reverse engineering of content or models.

Intellectual Property

All content, software, ML models, trademarks, and other intellectual property on the website remain the property of MiCo or its licensors.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

Marketing & Communications

By submitting demo requests or signing up for updates, you consent to receive emails, updates, and marketing communications from MiCo in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

MICo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services, including decisions made based on ML predictions.

Nothing in these T&C limits liability to the extent prohibited by applicable law.
